1999 honda crv; stopped at a signal; automatic door locks started going up/down repeatedly; then engine just died; i put car in gear and started the car; mechanic determined the ignition was faulty; this was the first and only time it happened; luckily i was able to get it to the mechanic immediately. *tr

The first 3 incidents were as follows. 1) car idling while talking restarted. 2) stalled during low speed driving, restarted after 3 tries. 3) stalled during low speed driving, restarted after 3 tries. 4) stalled while driving would not restart until 3 retries and waiting 45 minutes then started and drove home 5 miles.
