    My wife purchased a 2001 honda crv. On august 2, 2003 while driving the car with our family (wife and 2 small children) front passenger tire went flat. I used the jack with the car to change the tire. I first loosened the lug nuts on the ground. I raised the car with the jack. While taking off the tire - the jack collapsed causing the car to fall.
