I was hit by a vehicle in november 2003 (while waiting at a traffic light) that was hit by a car that ran a red light which caused $10,000.00 damage to the front of my car. In the accident my right arm was injured and eventually was operated on. The airbag in my car did not deploy even though the car was hit squarely in the front at a high rate of speed and i think the airbag unit is defective.
