Complete tire failure. While travelling at highway speed noticed tire vibration. Within 10 seconds of hearing the noise the tire completely failed-- the tire was in 3 peices: the two sidewalls were hanging on the rim and the entire tread area was separated from them (the tread area remained in one solid piece).
