Car cut off no steering everything locked down had serpentine belt fixed but the tpm light is on app need rack and pinion as well. Need struts and shocks and car rattles terribly. It's about 4 thousand dollars i am disabled this is a safety hazard i don't know what i can do. Is honda not responsible for defect
