While stopping or stopped for traffic light(s), with foot on brake, engine revved up to 2k rpm without any action on my part. When light changed, and brake was released, acceleration and car performance became normal again. This has happened three separate times in the past six weeks. Brand new 2009 honda cr-v manufactured 12/08, purchased 12/27/08. Brought in today for fog light installation. Service tech found that the oil pan is leaking! Approx 100 miles on the vehicle. This should not be happening with a brand new vehicle. Service must keep the car another 24 hours for repair. Can't tell me how this happened. Will replace seal. *tr
