When the outside temperature is below freezing, the rear hatch will not open. The latch mechanism has been replaced under warranty, and the problem persists. Many others have reported this problem, with multiple latch replacements having not solved it. It is a design defect. The sunroof shattered while driving on the tollway. This was preceded by a loud sound above my head. There was no evidence of object impact from the vehicles in front of me. I have a dash camera and showed no abnormal activity or objects flying towards the car. There was no damage anywhere else but the sunroof. Luckily the shade was closed or i would've been showered with broken glass.

The trunk latch sticks and causes you to be unable to open your trunk. Over the past couple months the latch started to stick which i chalked up to the cold weather causing it to stick but now it doesn't open at all.
