I was in a rear end collision. The driver seat did not stay upright. Upon impact it reclined. My car was in motion when it was hit, approx 20 mph. This probably caused my injuries to be worse than if the seat had maintained it's upright position.

Engine oil level on dipstick way above what it should be and there is a strong gasoline smell in the engine oil. The honda maintenance minder says 70% engine oil life is left. Also the seat heaters don't seem to work. Based on what i read online this seems to be somehow linked with the engine oil dilution issue

Driver side seat makes squeaky noise every time and everyday. Specifically from the right side. This occurred when car had only 6000 miles and dealership told me this is normal for cr v. It wasn't a lot but now it's a bothersome to deal with it. Even a slight move from right side will make the seat squeak like the there's something not properly aligned.
