Whenever i start my car in the morning or after being parked for hours, the car does not move past 10-15mph even when i step harder on the accelerator. The car will sometimes come to a complete stop in the middle of the road when i step on the accelerator. I have to turn the engine on and off a couple of times as well as drive around slowly before the accelerator will respond.
