This is a supplement to 10615142 filed earlier. The tpms on my cr-v does not work. Honda can not keep it operating even after 6-8 shop repairs. While this would be dangerous, i am beginning to wonder if the "electronic stability system". And. The "anti-lock brake system". Are also inoperable!!! They would seem to use same "inputs" as tpms ???? This may be far more serious than i first thought it was!!!

At about 5mph, i turned into the curb to park my car, upon applying my brakes to stop, the car accelerated, that is when i realized i was on a sheet of ice. I was unable to stop the car. There was a parked car approximately 60-80 feet ahead of me, because i had no brakes, i swerved to the left to avoid hitting the parked car, and collided with an oncoming car headed in the same direction. My car then fishtailed and…

Rear brakes needed replacing after just 16000 miles, and most of those were put on by an 80 year old lady, so not terribly intense driving. Code was b6 - brake service - replaced rear differential fluid and new brakes. It's unacceptable that brakes need to be replaced after 16000 miles. *kb
